There are so many business mobile phone deals around that it can get very complicated to figure out which one is best for your business. Each network has its own packages and very rarely do they match exactly those of other networks, meaning a side-by-side comparison is difficult.
By utilising the services of a broker, such as ourselves, you save yourselves a lot of time and effort and end up with the best tariff for your usage. Think of us as your online comparison site for business mobiles. We compare all of the deals available according to your requirements and find the best cost option for your business.
The best business mobile deal is not just about cost. You may have a particular handset that you want for your business. We are not restricted in our choice of handsets and can source any mobile available in the UK from our suppliers. We always aim to supply them to you free of charge where possible.
We try to eliminate any nasty surprises for you. If you don't get the correct tariff now you could find yourself receiving a large bill later. We always aim to avoid these scenarios by carefully analysing your usage and ensuring the best tariff fit.
Once you've got your new deal you will benefit from our excellent customer service, including a dedicated account manager who will manage your account and be available when you need them. We don't operate a call centre or outsource work, everything is handled in-house by our customer service department.
It doesn't take long for us to provide a quote nor is there any cost to your business. There is no obligation and you can say "No thanks" even if we provide you with an offer to save lots of money! The choice is yours.

When you think of vehicle tracking it is likely you think of little black boxes in large haulage fleets. It may be that you think tracking is not for your business or sector but think again.
Tracking has changed and is no longer restricted to vehicles. A device based tracking solution, powered by software downloaded onto a GPS smartphone, keeps track of your employees, both in a vehicle and outside.
If you have any employees on the road, even those using their own vehicles on your business, you owe them a duty of care and you need to demonstrate that you are actively looking after them.
Mobile phone tracking gives you a real-time picture of the location of every device online. It allows you to see where your employees are (accurate to 5m), where they are going, and at what speed when they are in a vehicle (whether speeding or not). It can alert you when they enter certain areas designated by yourself, and can be used by the employee to alert you if help is needed.
If your workers are going out on their own this type of tracking is the best and most cost efficient way of dealing with health and safety compliance whilst also allowing you to make cost savings and efficiencies. At the click of a button you can print out reports and accurate expenses sheets based on the precise mileage used.
This is not about spying on your employees. There is no need for them to fear big brother watching them 24/7. Privacy safeguards are built-in allowing them to be monitored during working hours and to switch off the tracking outside of these hours, even when the phone is still in use.
If your business already has GPS smartphones, and more and more businesses do, then you can take advantage of a 14 day free trial by visiting 21c Vehicle Tracking and filling out the simple online form.
There's no obligation to purchase and it will give you the opportunity to see how the interface works and how much information you can gain by using the software. We think you'll be impressed.

Each month we provide a list of our top 10 business mobile handsets provided to our customers for the previous month. We can now list February's Top 10 business mobiles below:
- Nokia 6303
- BlackBerry 8520
- Samsung M110
- Samsung B2100
- Nokia 2700
- Apple iPhone
- Nokia 2330
- Nokia 3110
- Nokia 5800
- Nokia 6300
As usual the list is dominated by Nokia. They produce solid, reliable phones which are ideal for calls and messaging. These are the core functions of the average business phone.
Most of the Nokia phones are also relatively inexpensive so can be obtained free of charge on the lowest of tariffs. Ideal for small businesses.
For those more interested in email the BlackBerry 8520 continues to be popular. We provide a number of different BlackBerry phones but the 8520 is the keenest priced without compromising too much on features. Sensible businesses choose the BlackBerry 8520!
Samsung have two entries and both of these phones sell well because they are specifically designed to be waterproof, shockproof and dustproof. Tough and resilient they are the mobile of choice for grafters where durability is a key factor. They are inexpensive, as they don't have any fancy features included, meaning they can be included free on low cost tariffs.
The only interloper in the list is the Apple iPhone. Very popular, even amongst our business users, although not cheap and needing some hefty tariffs to be obtained free of charge.
Remember, we can supply any handset your business needs, we are not tied to specific manufacturers. We offer great business mobile deals to all types and size of business, just get in touch for a free quote.

Whilst our core business is business mobiles and other business telecommunication products we also offer business website hosting.
We are able to register new domain names or transfer existing domains, transfer existing websites or design new ones, and once they are built and functional we promote them via search engine optimisation.
We provide ample webspace for the largest of sites, plus unlimited email accounts and a host of extras such as programming languages (asp, php, asp.net) and databases (access, MySql) all included in a low monthly cost.
You can see some examples of our work at our main business website page on the 21c Telecom website. This also explains our service in greater detail.
Our aim is to get your site in front of as many people as possible and then convert these visitors into enquiries/sales. Included within our basic price is full site statistics which show you where visitors are going and how many make an enquiry or purchase, providing you with a conversion rate.
A successful website will more than pay for itself in extra business for your company. The initial set up costs are low (with us at least) and ongoing costs a few pounds each month.
Timescales for setting up a new business website start from a few days for a simple site, with tangible results in terms of visitors within 3-6 months. You can start getting visitors much sooner via paid-for promotion such as Google Adwords which we can assist you with if required.
So if your business doesn't have an online presence currently, or you have a website but no visitors, please get in touch for a free quote and see what we can offer you.

We are currently promoting a couple of products which take advantage of the latest mobile and IT technology to provide business users with enhanced services above and beyond talk and text.
The first is tracking by mobile phone. This has been around for a few years but the original system relied upon triangulation between phone masts and was not very accurate. Now the proliferation of handsets with built-in GPS means that mobiles can be tracked in real-time and enhanced web and IT software enables a live interface to show position, direction and speed.
There are a number of other features built into the software, including alerts for speeding and arrival/departing a destination. All of the information is gathered and stored enabling reports to be produced at the click of a button.
Because there is no extra hardware involved the system is inexpensive and will quickly pay for itself by saving your business money on fuel, overtime etc. whilst enabling you to give an enhanced service to your customers.
The second major product push is landline call management. This is compatible with any geographic or non-geographic number and you can port your existing number over to the system.
Again there is an online interface giving you live access to calls with full reporting facilities. At busy periods calls can be rerouted and there are also options for call recording for compliance and training purposes.
The system is scalable and suitable for both small offices and large call centres.
Both of these products are at the cutting edge of technology and will put your business at an advantage over others not up-to-speed with the latest developments.
Neither are expensive, nor do they involve an initial capital outlay. Improved efficiencies should save you much more than the monthly cost and prove an excellent investment for your business.
For a free quote for either (or both!) of these products complete our online enquiry form or give us a call on 0844 880 8116.

We have amended our business mobile enquiry form to make it easier for website visitors to get a free quote. The new form is shorter and takes under a minute to complete so there is no excuse for anyone not filling it in!
We are also looking at a complete re-design for the whole site as the current response time for delivering pages to visitors is way too slow. The content management system working with Windows/IIS hosting just doesn't seem to provide a quick enough service compared with a standard direct website configuration.
Timescale is unknown at this moment - we have to find some time to redevelop it from the ground up. Keep your eyes out for a new design in the coming months.
UPDATE - 17/02/2010 - we've gone back to the old design first just to try and get website functioning properly again! The only thing we've retained from the CMS is the blog which we will continue to update. New website will follow in due course.

The figures are in for January 2010 and we can now reveal the 10 best selling business mobile phones for the month.
In first place is the Samsung M110. It retains top spot following on from excellent sales in December. Its popularity is down to its rugged features being dustproof, waterproof and shock proof. Ideal for tradesmen where phones take some knocks.
Second place goes to the Nokia 6300. This phone, and its newer variant the 6303 (at fourth place), are ideal for business users looking for solid, no frills handsets. Great for talk and text, hard-wearing and reliable.
Another tough phone is in third place, the Samsung B2100. With similar features to the M110 it's designed to take some punishment and still come back for more.
BlackBerry have their only representative at number 6, the 8520. This is very much their budget BlackBerry but packs in a lot of features for the small price tag.
The other notable new entry is the HTC Touch 3G. It's the first time HTC has appeared in our Top 10 list, which is surprising given how good their phones are.
The full top 10 business mobile phones list for January 2010 is below:
- (1) Samsung M110
- (6) Nokia 6300
- (7) Samsung B2100
- (2) Nokia 6303
- (-) Nokia 2323
- (4) BlackBerry 8520
- (-) Nokia 3410
- (-) Nokia 6310i

Many would have you believe that there are only two kinds of people in the modern world - those that love Apple and those that hate it. The company certainly inspires radical division between its followers and detractors.
However, the vast majority of people are largely indifferent and will make their judgements based upon the quality of the product and service offered rather than simply believing the hype. We did think that until recently but the Apple iPhone appears to be everyones choice, regardless of whether they will be using any of its features!
Many people, who just want a phone to talk and text, are desperate to get their hands on an iPhone and will pay the ludicrous monthly tariffs to get one free of charge. They believe the hype. For the moment at least. When they receive one and realise it doesn't offer anything over and above their old phones they might change their minds. Particularly in several months time when the novelty has worn off and they are still paying the high price every month.
It's amazing how many business phone users are also falling for the iPhone, even though it doesn't offer any business functionality above phones costing half its price. Why pay a higher price? Business users should know better. Paying over the odds for any of your business supplies is a slippery slope and inevitably leads to lower profits.
Now comes the latest Apple innovation - the iSlate (that may not be its official name). Some form of tablet PC, or variant thereof, we won't know until full details have been announced later today. However there are already plenty of people desperate to get their hands on one without even knowing what it can do!
By tomorrow morning we should know what Apple's latest product promises, although we might not know the UK price or who will be providing it. It may well be subsidised by the mobile phone networks who will offer it with inclusive data usage.
What we know for sure is that, whatever the specs and price, it will sell by the bucketload to the blind Apple fans and continue Apple's impressive rise in profits.
We will reserve judgement until we see what it can do and what it offers over and above existing products which will be considerably cheaper. If it genuinely is revolutionary, packed full of features that we are going to use, then we will give credit where it's due. We will see................

As a business you want to sell your product or service at the highest price whilst keeping your outgoings to the absolute minimum. That is the way to maximise your profits.
Keeping an eye on all of the different bills you pay and making sure you review your costs at each and every contract renewal should be a matter of course for all businesses. If you are not doing this currently, or are "too busy" to do this then you are likely to be paying too much. Other businesses, your suppliers, will take advantage of your lax practices and before you know it you will wonder why your profits are falling!
We can't help you with your gas or electric bills but we can help you with a wide range of telecoms products. Areas where you can save money include:
- Business Mobiles
- Business landline - line rental and call charges
- Business Broadband
- Mobile Broadband
- Vehicle and device tracking
Not only can you save money but by taking a range of telecoms products from one supplier you know that they will all work together to provide a seamless communication solution.
Even a small difference in tariff could mean a lot of money over the course of a 24 month contract. For instance if you are paying too much each month for minutes, texts and data you will never use or if you have too small a tariff and are regularly paying for calls at 40p per minute or more.
Finding the best tariff and getting the best contract for your business mobiles is where we come in. However busy you are we keep disruption to a minimum and work hard on your behalf to get you the best deal. You concentrate on running your own business, we concentrate on saving your business money.
It doesn't cost you anything to use our services and it is worth getting us to quote, even if it is only to put your mind at rest that your current deal is the best one available.
It only takes a couple of minutes to fill in our online enquiry form and see how much your business could save by getting the best business mobile contract.

We have a number of mobile phone articles on the site, many of which were written several years ago. Whilst we have been updating the main site these have been overlooked and are now being amended and overhauled.
Mobile phone technology has moved at such a pace in recent times that the information from even a couple of years ago is largely obsolete now and of little use to our visitors!
Once the current articles have been brought up-to-date we will be adding new articles on a regular basis as well as keeping our blog updated with news and views from the worlds of consumer mobiles and business mobile phones.
New mobile phones, technological advancements and future possibilities for mobile tech will all be covered.
